It was the food/agricultural/cultural/religious and political information and context that went with every step of the tour that made the day such a worthwhile and entertaining day. In total, I think we made 8 or 9 stops and almost all included several different items to taste. I came home with enough food for another two delicious meals. I’m going to tell all my friends that come to Mexico that is is a “must do” activity in Puebla.
