I could not have imagined… read more what I was in for! Not only is Rocio a dedicated Poblana with deep affection for her city, but she is also an incredible food historian whose knowledge about Mexican food and culture runs very deeply. A true wealth of knowledge! While food is at the heart of this experience, you will also learn so much more about Puebla’s history, the significance of a number of its sites, and more. It was such a pleasure, and I greatly enjoyed our conversation along the way.

Don’t think too hard about doing this––just do it, and do it early on during your visit to Puebla! (But do take her advice seriously and hold off on breakfast that morning––you will definitely want the room.)
