This episode explores the history, edible landscapes, culture and food traditions of  the eclectic and cosmopolite mix of vibrant places like Tijuana, Baja California, Valle de Guadalupe, the Sonora-Sinaloa corridor and Nayarit Riviera bring together a unique mix of tradition and innovation, dessert and some of the nation’s most treasured marine reservoirs.
