After many years working as manager in a fast food restaurant Saul decided to start his own business partnering up with his father, also a talented cook. This was the beginning of a journey that would take him closer than ever to his family’s legacy, the food he loves and the passion that ignites his creativity by making the most amazing and delicious tamales you have ever seen.
