Anais Martinez is a food tour specialist based in Mexico City where she runs private food tours covering the broad scope of what the capital has to offer, from markets, street food, craft drinks, and any Michelin star restaurant and cafe you’ve ever seen on Chef’s table and Mind of a Chef.

With studies in gastronomy, art, design and a solid experience in the food industry as restaurant manager and menu developer, Anais decided to create her company “The curious Mexican” offering tailor made unique experiences that are a foodie’s dream.  In this interview we discuss the craft and care behind creating food tours and how our generation is creating bridges of cultural understanding through food.
